Volunteering at Our School

Volunteering is an incredibly rewarding way to improve the lives of children. Gaining experience working with children can help you decide if teaching is right for you and can even help to support your application to courses and jobs in education.

We provide many opportunities for volunteering here at Clanfield Church of England Primary School, from hearing children read to supporting them with their learning in all aspects of their curriculum.  All staff members and anyone who volunteers with us undertakes training in child protection and this training is refreshed every three years in line with Oxfordshire County Council’s safeguarding policy. We also undertake comprehensive background checks on all staff and any volunteers for whom this is required (in accordance with OCC policy).

If you are interested in volunteering please contact our School Business Manager on 01367 810257 or email office.3100@clanfield.oxon.sch.uk.
